Bliss Balls

Such a cinch to make, these Bliss Balls are a great healthy snack alternative to reach for when those cravings hit.


-5 Medjool Dates

-1 Cup Cashews

-1/2 Cup Almonds

-1/2 Cup Oats

-1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut

-1/4 Cp Cacao Powder

-1 tbsp Coconut Oil

-Handful Cranberries


Soak Medjool Dates for 15 minutes and then drain

Blend in a food processor all ingredients – start with Cashews, Almonds and Oats first and then slowly add remaining ingredients. The coconut oil and stickyness of the medjool dates should be enough to bind the mixture or if needed you can increase the stickyness by adding 1 tbsp of hot water.

Roll into small balls and refrigerate for minimum 20 minutes to set.

TIP: wet your hands to help roll the mixture into balls
