Di Shepherd, Director & Master Trainer

After struggling with weight gain spending way too many hours behind a desk as a busy corporate exec, Di learnt how to manage corporate life and personal health to personally lose over 11kg’s, increase confidence, motivation & productivity both at WORK & HOME.

“Now managing family life with a new bub & fitness is an absolute priority and helping others to do the same is my passion. I started ‘ibelieve fitness’ to inspire others to look after themselves on the inside & outside, so they may have long, fruitful lives with their family & friends” Outside of Bootcamp Di is a keen runner and fitness challenge participant.

Mel Ferretti, Trainer Mummy Bootcamp & Squad Groups

Another busy mum of 2, who is passionate about helping clients become a healthier & happier version of themselves through exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Fitness has always been part of Mel’s life, dancing from a young age & training before, during & after both pregnancies.


“I became a Personal Trainer so I could help & show others that it is possible to lead a healthy life. I want to share my enjoyment of exercising for a healthy body & mind with others. The positive feeling people get from achieving their fitness goals is very rewarding for me & motivation to keep doing what I do. I enjoy being an outdoor trainer for the change of scenery and fresh air which helps increase health & motivation.” Outside of training clients, Mel enjoys spending time with her family & watching her kids sporting activities on top of her own training in the outdoors together with her children who always join in.

Sean Sim, Trainer Mummy Bootcamp & Sunrise Squad

Sean became drawn to the field of womens fitness following his wife’s pregnancy and birth of his little boy. Both pre and post natal qualified, he is passionate about helping women return to fitness following children and achieving and maintaining results driven goals. He is also equally driven about helping corporate execs reduce stress and increase energy through fitness for a healthy work-life balance.

“I love motivating clients to achieve their goals, inspiring them to do things they never thought possible and achieve and maintain overall health and well being”. Additionally Sean is a results driven trainer with an empathetic style.

Sean is a devoted father who loves an active outdoor lifestyle with his family and they love getting outdoors together in both winter and summer. Outside of training Sean loves surfing, bush walking, rock climbing and canyoning.

Becky Calveley, Trainer Squad Groups

For the past 15 years Becky has taken a very keen interest in keeping fit not only to maintain a healthy lifestyle but to reap the benefits those endorphins bring after exercising. After having two kids & being stuck in an office for years Becky made a career change to do something she was absolutely passionate about – “I love helping others adapt that healthy lifestyle mentality, start enjoying exercise & make it a way of life rather than a chore”.

Becky loves the scope and variety of training which Outdoor Training offers, along with the fun nature of working in groups and invigoration that is derived from being in the great outdoors and our fantastic Australian climate. Becky’s favourite style of training is Circuit and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Outside of training, Becky loves to spend quality time with her 2 young sons. She enjoys keeping fit, going to the cinema & theatre when she gets a chance, cooking & good food. Becky also loves to run & has participated in several half marathons and fun runs.

Alison Auland, Yoga Teacher

Local Yoga Teacher and Mum of 2, Alison has been practicing Yoga since 2005. She completed her first teacher training in 2013 and now shares her passion teaching various styles and life stages including new mums.

Alison leads our unique BABY & ME OUTDOOR YOGA program – as a mum to 2 young boys, she hopes that sharing her experiences will bring inspiration to new mums looking to connect with their baby through the beauty of Yoga.

She enjoys teaching those new to yoga and sharing her passion for getting to know and accept your body  through, breath, movement and awareness.  Alison empowers students to discover and create awareness in their bodies on a physical and energetic level.   She is also inspired by many other aspects of Yoga that are infused into her classes, including Modern and Traditional philosophy, and practical mindfulness techniques.
