A wonderful 8 Week Post-Natal Program allowing mummy’s to connect with their babies through the beauty of Yoga. Held at our partner studio HEALTH FOCUS CENTRE, this is a beautiful indoor space which connects seamlessly with an outdoor outlook over Putney valley.
Suitable for all levels with newborns through to crawlers, our ‘Baby & Me Yoga’ program has been designed by mums for mums – local Yoga Teacher and mum of 2 – Alison Auland, who understands how important it is for you to de-stress and re-energise while forming a beautiful connection with your bub.
A fabulous post-natal program to help you ease your way back into exercise after baby or equally a great complementary class to your more intense exercise routine.

Finally, a fitness session truly designed for mums that allows you to workout with bub by your side with a COMPLEMENTARY NANNY SERVICE* making it easy for your return to exercise. Our Nanny will keep a watch over your little ones so you can focus on your workout, plus we have 2x Nannys at our larger groups on Mondays and Fridays. You will absolutely adore our Nannys Julie and Josie who both have children themselves to understand your little peoples needs. Little ones can be your biggest motivator and exposing children to exercise early teaches them great healthy habits, showing them that exercise is fun and also important to you.
Workout with like-minded mums getting back into shape in a friendly, supportive and social group exercise environment. And if you have older kiddies at school, we have convenient workout times so you can make the school drop off and join us for some ‘me’ time in the park.
‘ibelieve’ Mummy Bootcamp sessions are designed specifically for Mums to help you increase your energy to help you keep up with your busy family. You will receive loads of variety to keep you challenged from session to session – CARDIO, X-CIRCUIT, BOXING, AB & BUTTS, INTERVAL/STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING. No one session is ever the same!

A dedicated EXPRESS FORMAT Boxing Class which focuses on boxing drill techniques and cardio boxing fitness. Our boxing classes will challenge your coordination skills and cardiovascular fitness while improving your upper body strength in a fun and challenging group environment.
All boxing gear is supplied and you are welcome to bring your own boxing mitts if you prefer.
