start-quaote I first came along to the free trial with a friend and I wasn’t sure that outdoor classes was something that would interest me and well that was over 15 months ago back in 2014 and i’ve been coming every Friday ever since.

I have limited time with work and family commitments and I find that Di’s classes maximize my time with a variety of different exercises at every single class. Since training with Di I have improved my fitness, strength and endurance and feel continually challenged. My favourite classes are the HIIT (high intensity interval training) and cardio sessions.

Di provides great advice on nutrition and exercise that can be easily included in our every day lives and it is so nice to be in a supportive environment with other like minded people.end-quaote

I just love working out with fellow mums – we all understand each others struggles and encourage each other to push that little bit harder.  There are mums of all various fitness levels working out together and the only competition is with yourself. 

It is so great being able to bring the kids as they are outdoors in the fresh air and the nanny service is such a great help and means that I can focus on my training.

I love the variety I get at each training session and the free nanny service at Mummy Bootcamp makes it so easy to attend – without it I don’t know how I would have been able to commit to any training sessions with 2 young children – plus there is flexibility to make up missed classes to ensure I get value for money.

I leave each training session with a great sense of achievement and knowing that I have given it my all.

Since attending Mummy Bootcamp I’ve been able to build my core strength from nowhere, noticed changes to my body shape and the classes have assisted me achieve weight loss after my second baby – my husband has also noticed the changes too 😉

start-quaote I hate the gym! I love outdoors. When I heard about Di’s classes in the park and the fact you could take your children along with you to class – well it was a no brainer for me really. I have been training with Di since August 2013 and even after I moved a little further out of the area, I still come to Di as I love the classes so much.

I also participated in Di’s 28 Day New Year Challenge which was so much fun and kept me fit and healthy over the Christmas break.

Di is so friendly and approachable and gives the right encouragement for each individual – she knows how to keep pushing me so I am never complacent and I love that feeling of working up a sweat. The classes are varied so I never get bored and my favourite training styles are boxing and cardio. When I first started I found abdominal work so difficult and I hated it so much, but ab exercises I could not do before are now so much easier as my core is so much stronger from Di’s coaching. My muscles have become more toned and people now comment on my arm and leg definition!

Andrea has been training with us since Aug 2013 & participates in our Night Squad Classes
