start-quaote Bootcamp has become my outlet and is my healthy drug for what has now become a fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident me. I love the buzz and the energy it gives me.

The challenges each term gives me the extra push I need to keep motivated on top of my general fitness. Di knows how to push me and gets me to work outside of my comfort zone for results. I love all the great tips Di gives on how to make healthy food a part of my every day lifestyle.

I am now also really enjoying the new Tuesday Sunrise Squad class with Jules. It’s a great way to start my day exercising and I feel super energised for the rest of the day aheadend-quaote
