start-quaote Bootcamp has become my outlet and is my healthy drug for what has now become a fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident me. I love the buzz and the energy it gives me.

The challenges each term gives me the extra push I need to keep motivated on top of my general fitness. Di knows how to push me and gets me to work outside of my comfort zone for results. I love all the great tips Di gives on how to make healthy food a part of my every day lifestyle.

I am now also really enjoying the new Tuesday Sunrise Squad class with Jules. It’s a great way to start my day exercising and I feel super energised for the rest of the day aheadend-quaote

Isabella, Mum of 2 – Does it again!

How amazing does this awesome Mama of 2 look following our 10 Week Transformation Challenge?

We first met Bella after having her first baby where she lost an amazing 22kg’s in 4 months while training with us. Now more recently after the birth of her second child, Bella chose to train with us once again and she looks more fabulous than ever!

Bella made a fantastic commitment to her training by getting to Sunrise Squad before hubby left for work – even after restless nights with babies – and our Saturday Morning Squads to take advantage of a 100% focused 45min Express workout. This together with following our advice on making the right food choices, recovery and challenging herself at every session, Bella was able to lose her pregnancy weight, slim down and tone up to take out our Term 4 Transformation Challenge.

We are so proud of you Bella! Well done on this fabulous achievement!
